Paula Donnellan Walsh & Family | Shrule | This is about “family fitness”; getting my husband, 2 kids and I out together every evening to either cycle, run, walk or swim. We normally do these activities but maybe not everyday and often separately so this will be a fantastic incentive to get us all out together as a family each day. |
