The Under 10 County Finals were decided on Sunday 13th last at Westport GAA club.
All teams involved in both finals played to their very best and served up two very gripping matches. Both matches were refereed by Thadgh Morley, who had great time for all the players.
The Under 10 A final was contested by Westport Blue and Castlebar Mitchels. This match was all go from the very start and even though Westport blue took home the honours, the Castlebar players were committed and showed some great skill and teamwork.
The Under 10 B final which featured Westport Navy and Na Brideoga was a great game with two very evenly matched teams only seperated by one score in the end. Na Brideoga took home the sheild but both teams should be very proud of their performances.
It was a great day for all the Under 10 players and a great season end.
